- Added the `USER` to `WIRED` rank system with permission-aware navigation.
- Added a BBS-styled operations console for users, ranks, moderation, and security.
## Forum
- Added forum labels, pinned threads, moderation controls, and post reporting.
## Mobile and Stability
- Redesigned the forum and management pages for mobile devices.
- Improved browser stability and fixed the profile editor crash.
