# Hetzner alternatives
now after hetzner was hit by price increasing since April, where do you host currently? did you moved away from Hetzner?
I started to shut down all my 3 vps one after one at the beginning of the year, before the price went high. once that hit, I was thank god so prepared that I could just switch over to netcup. The trade off is no temporary VPS renting, bad customer support, but VPS are usually a set and forget projects anyways.

I've still been using Hetzner as my one main server is grandfathered in for pricing, but looking elsewhere for new VPS/dedicated boxes. I'm aiming to migrate everything to Guix so the migration is essentially 'guix deploy' on a new target.

in your case i would suggest interserver because they also offer cheap storage vps. 1tb for $3.
